Territory Sales Representative

We are committed to providing our sales force with state-of-the art tools, training and field support while allowing their entrepreneurial spirit to grow. We never monkey with sales quotas and we don't modify territories. We provide a system that we can attest if you have the work ethic to follow it, you will succeed. Our representatives can expect in year three to be earning 90K - 100K. Year one is typically 50K - 60K, year two is typically 60K - 80K.
Our Company, Century Resources, has an average sales tenure of 7 years with many of our sales reps having been here for literally decades. We have been helping school groups conduct fund raising for over 35 years and have helped these groups earn more than 300 million dollars.
We sell fundraising and as a result we look for sales reps who love teachers, students and helping school groups, teams, bands, etc. succeed. You would be calling on teachers and school group sponsors. We work the school year, meaning you work when schools are in session and when they are off, you are on vacation just like the teachers. That's right. You get the summers off while still receiving a paycheck.
That said, you WILL earn your income. Not only do we need a sales force who love student groups, but we need employees with a top-notch work ethic. Most great sales people know success comes with hard work and this job demands it.

Prospect, present and close sales to schools and youth groups.
Work independently and maintain a dynamic schedule.
Provide in-field customer service to groups using Century Resources programs.
Complete call records and sales reports.
We want team members who are driven to succeed, grow and innovate and who share our commitment to helping educators and students. Were looking for those with:
Experience as a teacher, coach, youth leader or other educational experiences.
Personal experience as a member of school music groups, cheer or dance programs, sports teams or other school and youth programs.
Professional sales training and experience.
