Working knowledge of AccuZip Mail software Working knowledge of direct addressing, tabbing, inserting and read/write equipment Working knowledge of swing arm and friction fed mailing equipment Experience in USPS Bulk Mailing including Mail Anywhere and Seamless Mailing Additional duties as listed but not limited to:
Effective communication With our internal team regarding due dates, materials needed, and changes in postal requirements With management on escalating concerns Organization of the mailing area Ensure area is neat and orderly Maintaining the appropriate levels of postage and USPS materials Attend and be active in the daily morning production meeting Ultimately ensure that all client due dates are met Job Type:
