Administrative Part-time Patient Service Representative
What are we looking for in our Part-time Patient Service Representative? Pride Health is hiring a Part-time Patient Service Representative to support our client's clinic in Oak Lawn, IL.
Duties:
Greet patients when they enter the clinic.
Confirm patient appointments, complete check-in, insurance verifications, and collects co-pays.
Schedules patient appointments, sends appointment reminders and assists with rescheduling.
Helps answer patient questions regarding appointments and scheduling.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Epic EMR scheduling experience required.
Schedule:
Part-time, 8-hour day shift x 3 days per weekPay Range:
