Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 1 year of automotive HR experience to join our dynamic dealership group.
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the human resources operations across our five dealership locations.
Your expertise in HR strategies, employee relations, and talent management within the automotive industry will be instrumental in driving our organization's success and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in alignment with the dealership group's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to resolve employee relations issues.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
