Responsibilities:
Process customer payments accurately and promptly.
Identify customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate person.
Engage in active listening with callers, resolving concerns and providing clarification when necessary.
Provide comprehensive support to our agency, collaborating with fellow employees on customer service tasks.
Act as a liaison between clients, Sales Representatives, Producers, and insurance company representatives.
Meet and exceed personal and team targets, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Uphold all company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
1 year or more of experience in a customer service role.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus, although not required.
Strong team collaboration skills, fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Consistent accuracy in processing transactions.
Professional attitude and demeanor in all interactions.
Proficiency in computer skills, including internet usage, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and keyboarding.
Strong time management and decision-making skills.
